How are you able to monitor so many departments on a daily basis?

We have a large and dedicated team of experienced bid data-miners carefully monitoring the procurement practices and issuance of opportunities within schools, colleges, state and local government agencies using sophisticated search technology.

Can you break the bids out by State or Region?

Yes, we have three (3) programs: National coverage, Regional coverage and Individual State coverage.

How often do you send the bids and RFPs to your clients?

We email the bids out daily six (6) days a week.

What bid categories do you monitor?

We monitor all procurement market sectors that schools put out for bids and RFPs.

Do you assist your customers with bid support?

Yes, our Bid Support Team is available by email or telephone. We will assist you with any questions concerning bid details or submitting a bid response to the sponsoring school or agency. Unlike other bid notification organizations, GovBid Intelligence does not charge additional fees associated with obtaining bid documents.

Do you provide a free trial period?

We provide a free “Random Sample Bid” program for current and recent bids in your market sector(s). The samples bids are designed for potential clients to gain a general idea of what they might receive during an annual subscription.

What is your refund policy?

If, for any reason, Customer is not happy with the GovBid Intelligence Subscription Plan Service, Customer is eligible for a 30 calendar-day money-back guarantee. Customer must request a 30 calendar-day money back refund in writing to GBI within 30 days of registration. After that time-period all fees paid by Customer are Non-Refundable.

Are there limits to the “key search words” that your customers can search on?

GovBid Intelligence customers can use as many “key words” as necessary to capture the types of bids they are interested in receiving. However, we recommend you speak with a member of our team who can assist you with perfecting your keywords and categories.

Is there anything I can do to prepare prior to beginning my subscription?

We recommend developing a plan of action for who will screen the bid notifications. It may be helpful to develop a short criteria checklist in order to properly screen bids from the administrative to the management level. Preparing internal communication can make a significant difference in successfully responding to bid opportunities.

What do I need to respond to an RFP?

It can be helpful to use one central location for templates and important documentation you will need to draft a response to an RFP. Some of the templates include, but are not limited to, cover letters, organization charts and resumes of key players, statements of qualifications, company logos, previously submitted responses or proposals, and descriptions of past projects that help to convey your organization's ability to deliver the products or services requested.

How many persons can receive bids at your client companies?

Up to 5 individuals on each customer account can receive bids. We require that each individual email has a matching domain.

Do you let your customers know who wins a bid once it is awarded?

Award information will be provided on bids to which you have submitted a response. In most cases, this information will be sent directly to you by a member of the procurement team from the school or agency where you submitted a response.
