Unlike other bid notification organizations, GovBid Intelligence does not charge additional fees associated with obtaining bid documents.
We provide a free “Random Sample Bid” program for current and recent bids in your market sector(s). The samples bids are designed for potential clients to gain a general idea of what they might receive during an annual subscription.
If, for any reason, Customer is not happy with the GovBid Intelligence Subscription Plan Service, Customer is eligible for a 30 calendar-day money-back guarantee. Customer must request a 30 calendar-day money back refund in writing to GBI within 30 days of registration. After that time-period all fees paid by Customer are Non-Refundable.
GovBid Intelligence customers can use as many “key words” as necessary to capture the types of bids they are interested in receiving. However, we recommend you speak with a member of our team who can assist you with perfecting your keywords and categories.
We recommend developing a plan of action for who will screen the bid notifications. It may be helpful to develop a short criteria checklist in order to properly screen bids from the administrative to the management level. Preparing internal communication can make a significant difference in successfully responding to bid opportunities.
It can be helpful to use one central location for templates and important documentation you will need to draft a response to an RFP. Some of the templates include, but are not limited to, cover letters, organization charts and resumes of key players, statements of qualifications, company logos, previously submitted responses or proposals, and descriptions of past projects that help to convey your organization's ability to deliver the products or services requested.
Up to 5 individuals on each customer account can receive bids. We require that each individual email has a matching domain.
Award information will be provided on bids to which you have submitted a response. In most cases, this information will be sent directly to you by a member of the procurement team from the school or agency where you submitted a response.
